Privacy policy

Data submitted on this site is processed by 1OF1, a car sourcing service operating in Lithuania. For any data-related question, write to info@1of1.lt.

Through the request form: your name, email, phone number, the car you want, the city, dates, budget and any free-text notes. We do not ask for anything else and we do not collect special categories of personal data.

Technical data (browser type, approximate location from IP, visit time) may be processed in the hosting provider's server logs for security and reliability.

To answer your request and to coordinate the search with rental partners. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in managing correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making or third-party advertising.

To source a specific car we pass the necessary details (car, city, dates) to rental partners. Partners are independent controllers and apply their own privacy terms.

Our technical providers — website hosting and email delivery — process data as processors under contract with us.

Request correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact so we can continue the conversation. We delete it earlier on request.

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@1of1.lt; we respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data is handled improperly you may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
