How airport handover works
Premium partners in Lithuania rarely hold a desk in the terminal. In practice someone meets you in the short-stay car park or at arrivals with the car, the contract and the keys. That is why it has to be arranged in advance rather than on landing.
We do not promise that every car can be collected at the airport. Some partners exclude their highest-value cars from airport delivery, and we tell you which of your options include it.
What to send us
Flight number and arrival time, the return date and time, the car or type of car, the number of passengers and luggage, and whether anyone else will drive. That is enough for us to come back with confirmable options.
Delays are normal and partners track the flight. Late-night arrivals sometimes carry an out-of-hours fee.
On arrival
Bring the licence, passport and the credit card used for the deposit — the card must be in the main driver's name. Handover including paperwork and a walk-around takes about fifteen minutes.

- What documents are usually required?
- A valid driving licence, a passport or ID, and a credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit. Some partners also ask for proof of return travel. We confirm the exact list for the specific car with your options.
- Is a security deposit required?
- Almost always, and the amount depends on the car and the partner rather than on us. It is normally blocked on a credit card at handover and released after the car is returned and checked.
- Can I rent a luxury car in Lithuania as a foreign visitor?
- Yes. Most partners accept EU and UK licences directly; licences from outside the EU are usually accepted together with an international driving permit. Minimum age and driving experience requirements vary by partner and by car, and are confirmed before booking.
- Can I collect a car at Vilnius Airport at night?
- Often yes, with advance notice. Some partners charge an out-of-hours fee for handovers late at night or very early in the morning; it is stated in the options we send.
- Can I return the car at the airport?
- Usually. Airport return is agreed at booking, and the partner meets you at the terminal at a fixed time — allow fifteen minutes before check-in.
